Dankzij de toevoeging van gerecyclede steunvezels wordt THERMO HANF\u00ae COMBI JUTE een veelzijdig te gebruiken bouwstof die niet alleen aan de Europese eisen voldoet, maar die zelfs gedeeltelijk overtreft. Hoogwaardige hennepvezels uit Duitsland, verbouwd met effici\u00ebnt gebruik van hulpbronnen, bewerkt met de modernste techniek. fusion-text-3\"><h3>HENNEP: AL EEUWEN BEPROEFD<\/h3>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><p>Hennepvezels zijn uiterst robuust en veelzijdig te gebruiken. Het nut ervan voor de mensheid is in de loop van meerdere millennia gedocumenteerd. Tegenwoordig neemt de vraag naar hennepvezels weer toe, omdat die op veel gebieden een ecologisch en duurzaam alternatief voor synthetische vezels vormen.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><h3>EEN SPAARZAME PLANT MET EEN GROTE OPBRENGST<\/h3>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><p>De firma HempFlax verbouwt in Nederland, Duitsland en Roemeni\u00eb zelf ca. 2.000 ha industri\u00eble hennep. De vezels van 1 ha zijn voldoende voor de fabricage van maximaal 90 m\u00b3 isolatiemateriaal. Ter vergelijking: Een gemiddeld bos levert per jaar slechts genoeg materiaal voor 20-70 m\u00b3 houtvezelisolatie. Bovendien wordt op 1 ha hennepland ca. 14,5 ton CO<sub>2<\/sub> gebonden, en dat ieder jaar opnieuw. <strong>In een gemiddeld bos wordt slechts 10-11 ton CO<sub>2<\/sub> per jaar opgeslagen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De hennepplanten worden in ongeveer 100 dagen tot wel 3 meter hoog, en hun wortels dringen bijna net zo diep door in de grond. Daardoor bereikt de plant voedingsstoffen die onbereikbaar zijn voor andere planten, zodat er geen extra kunstmatige meststoffen nodig zijn. Verder zijn er geen chemische beschermingsmiddelen nodig, aangezien de hennepplant sneller groeit dan onkruid. Daarnaast is de hennepplant oninteressant voor plaagdieren omdat hij geen bruikbare voedingsstoffen voor ze bevat. Ook tegen schimmels en rot zijn de hennepplanten uiterst resistent.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7\"><p>Bron bossen: BaySF \/ Bayerische Staatsforsten<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-8\"><h3>VOEDING VOOR INSECTEN. GEEN HOUTKAP VOOR DE TEELT<\/h3>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-9\"><p>Nog een voordeel van hennepplanten is dat <strong>hun bloemen geschikt zijn voor bijen.<\/strong> Ook dankzij het feit dat er geen chemische beschermingsmiddelen gebruikt worden, bieden hennepvelden een veilige voedingsbron voor onze kleine, nijverige helpers, zonder wie de teelt van fruit, groente en granen vrijwel onmogelijk zou zijn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voor de teelt van industri\u00eble hennep van HempFlax\u00ae worden geen bos- of andere beschermde natuurgebieden bedreigd, wat gedocumenteerd wordt met ons ISCC Plus-certificaat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Omdat we de planten zelf verbouwen, kunnen wij garanderen dat elke hennepplant die wij voor de productie van isolatiemateriaal gebruiken, door een nieuwe wordt vervangen en dat voor onze isolatiematerialen geen roofbouw op de natuur plaatsvindt.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-10\"><h3>JUTE ALS TOEVOEGING<\/h3>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-11\"><p>Jutevezels behoren net als hennepvezels tot de bastvezels en worden gewonnen uit de Corchorus-plant. Het is ook een eenjarige, regeneratieve plant. De jutevezel is na de katoenvezel de meest gebruikte natuurlijke vezel ter wereld en wordt gebruikt voor verpakkingsmiddelen (transportzakken), speciale papiersoorten, tapijten en zelfs kleding. Transportzakken mogen na invoer in Duitsland niet opnieuw worden gebruikt omdat het genormeerde verpakkingen voor levensmiddelen met strenge kwaliteitseisen betreft.<\/p>\n<p>Vroeger werden deze zakken als afval weggegooid. Tegenwoordig worden ze ervan gescheiden, zodat de losse vezels kunnen worden teruggewonnen. <strong>Dit upcycling-proces is revolutionair en levert een compleet nieuwe bron van grondstoffen op.<\/strong> Omdat de fijne jutevezels slechts ongeveer een tiende van de doorsnede van een hennepvezel hebben, <strong>verbeteren ze de eigenschappen van hennep isolatiematerialen nog verder als ze eraan worden toegevoegd.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-12\"><h3>STEUNEVEZELS<\/h3>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-13\"><p>Voor de fabricage van flexibele isolatiematten moeten zogenaamde steunvezels aan de natuurlijke vezels worden toegevoegd. Die zorgen er enerzijds voor dat de vezels aan elkaar hechten en<strong> een zekere vormstabiliteit verkrijgen,<\/strong> en anderzijds <strong>dat de matten flexibel blijven en na een bepaalde compressie weer in hun oorspronkelijke vorm terugkeren.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De gebruikte steunvezels bestaan uit twee componenten. Ze hebben de bijzondere eigenschap dat de kern een hoger smeltpunt heeft dan het omhulsel. Tijdens het thermische bindingsproces wordt het omhulsel van de steunvezels met de natuurlijke vezels versmolten, terwijl de kern vast blijft.<br \/>\nVoor de fabricage van onze producten <strong>worden polyestervezels op basis van pet gebruikt. Deze bestaan voor 100% uit gerecycled materiaal, wat strookt met onze filosofie om geen eindige hulpbronnen voor fabricage van onze producten te gebruiken.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-14\"><h3>SODA ALS BRANDBEVEILIGING<\/h3>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-15\"><p>Soda, ook bekend als natriumcarbonaat, wordt als brandwerend middel aan de THERMO HANF\u00ae-isolatiematerialen toegevoegd. <strong>Soda is een zuiver biologisch brandwerend middel, dat als hulpstof E-500 zelfs zonder beperking is toegestaan in biologische levensmiddelen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Brandwerende werking:<\/strong><br \/>\nHeterogene inhibitie (ook wel &#8216;negatieve katalyse&#8217; genoemd) houdt vereenvoudigd in dat de radicalen van de verbrandingsreactie aan het oppervlak van de korrels van het uiterst fijngemalen poeder worden gebonden en onschadelijk gemaakt, waardoor het vuur geblust wordt. Tegelijkertijd komt er waterdamp vrij, omdat soda bij temperaturen onder de 32,5\u00b0C altijd water opneemt en vervolgens in onze isolatiematerialen wordt omgezet in decahydraat. Tussen de 32,5 en 107\u00b0C komen de watermoleculen weer vrij.<\/p>\n<p>Met deze toevoeging bereiken alle HempFlax-isolatiematerialen de classificatie (&#8216;Bauklasse&#8217;) E (B2: normaal ontvlambaar).
